POSITION SUMMARY:

To support the Finance Manager and Supply Chain Finance team in driving accurate and timely financial reporting, business analytics support, and continuous improvement initiatives

JOB FUNCTION: Job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Prepare journal entries, analyses, and reporting in support of month-end and quarter-end close

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging advanced features and capabilities within the company's supported technologies

Support the Strategic Procurement Initiative reporting process

Perform ad-hoc analytics on supply chain spend

Assist in assigned special departmental projects, as needed

Participate in occasional site visits to GPI mills, plants, and/or third-party warehouses

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or analytics required

3+ years of relevant and progressive accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment

Business systems and dashboard experience a plus (SAP, Qlik, PowerBI, Alteryx, PowerQuery)

SPECIFIC SKILLS:

Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook

ERP (preferably SAP), SQL, and Power BI experience preferred

Strong written/verbal communication skills

Effective time management skills; ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

Flexible team player with the ability to work in cross-functional teams

Pay Range: $78,750.00 - $105,000.00
