Develops individual achievement plans, evaluates progress to ensure student early retention and success in the program. During this time, the Career Planning Advisor will facilitate group discussions in diversity, employability, conflict resolution, job search, information technology, wellness, personal development, logistical support and independent living during the Introduction to Center Life program.QualificationsCareer Planning Advisor QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: Associates Degree Required.
