ASRC Federal is seeing a IT Infrastructure Engineer. This position is on-site in Grantsburg, WI.
Specific Duties for the IT Infrastructure Engineer based in Grantsburg, WI
Craft policies and procedures specific to the Grantsburg, WI operations in pursuit of CMMC 2.0 certification and in concert with Enterprise policies and System Security Plan
Administer / Support internal network and non-domain assets including but not limited to:
Firewall appliance and remote access VPN.
Maintain and keep up to date with latest firmware and patches.
Maintain VPN user database.
Enforce user password policy.
Maintain 2 physical servers with 4 additional VM servers on an internal network.
Keep up to date with latest firmware and patches.
Maintain user accounts.
Enforce user password policy.
Maintain / facilitate back-ups of servers, non-cloud, and offsite storage.
Administer other non-domain computer assets (Currently 8 computer assets).
Provide software administration of non-corporate software on ASRC domain computers residing in facility i.e. CAD systems / MBSE tools.
Administer CAD licenses and user lists.
Administer Windchill licenses and user accounts.
Administer MBSE tools, licenses, and user accounts.
Maintain office printers.
Maintain 3D printers that reside on network.
Maintain domain and non-domain asset lists.
Administer facility access through key fob and physical key logs
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years or equivalent experience.
Designs, develops, implements and oversees information technology (IT), including hardware, software and networks.
Installs, configures, administers, upgrades and maintains security for IT hardware, software and network infrastructure.
Monitors system availability and troubleshoots and resolves connectivity interruptions.
Experience managing data backup operations to ensure that backups are successful.
US Citizenship with the ability to achieve and maintain a Security Clearance.
