Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Job Description

As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in assembling and filling orders to be shipped to customers or other divisions. You will be responsible for loading and unloading common carrier and company vehicles, as well as assembling customer orders to be shipped. Your role involves processing paperwork regarding shipments, verifying merchandise, applying correct postage tape, filling out proper information for shipments, following customer shipping instructions, and insuring shipments when necessary.

Responsibilities

Gather assembled orders in carts and verify their quantities and descriptions.

Count and write total quantity of merchandise being shipped on the invoice.

Pack each order into a container and arrange the container onto a shelf according to truck route.

Verify quantities and items being shipped against the invoice.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Ability to lift 50+ pounds throughout your shift.

Effective communication skills with co-workers.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
