Production/Manufacturing, you will be integral to the efficient
operation of our food processing plant, reporting directly to the
Production Manager. Your core skills in food production and sanitation
will ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and
safety. Familiarity with FDA regulations and HACCP principles will be
essential in maintaining compliance. Additionally, your mechanical
knowledge and basic math skills will aid in the effective operation of

environment. Daily Job Duties: Assist in mixing, shaping, baking, and
packaging a variety of bread and snack products. Operate bakery
machinery such as mixers, ovens, slicers, and packaging equipment.
Follow production schedules and recipes accurately to meet quality
standards. Monitor product quality (e.g., texture, weight, appearance)
and report any issues. Maintain a clean and organized work environment,
including equipment sanitation. Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices
(GMPs), food safety protocols, and workplace safety guidelines. Complete
production logs and documentation as required. Forklift Positions

Machine Set-up Operators open in Oak Creek facility only \$18 - \$25
p/hr Required: Previous experience in a food production or baking
environment is a plus. Ability to stand for long periods, perform
repetitive tasks, and lift up to 50 lbs. Basic math and reading
comprehension skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow
directions. Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to
shifting priorities. Flexible to work various shifts, including early
mornings, nights, or weekends Dump sugar dust from collectors into
melting tanks and add water to reclaim sugar lost during processing.
Push racks or carts to transfer products to storage, cooling stations,
or the next stage of processing. Install equipment, such as spray units,
cutting blades, or screens, using hand tools. Smooth out products in
bins, pans, trays, or conveyors, using rakes or shovels. Clean equipment
with steam, hot water, and hoses. Open valves, gates, or chutes or use
shovels to load or remove products from ovens or other equipment. Start
conveyors to move roasted grain to cooling pans and agitate grain with
rakes as blowers force air through perforated bottoms of pans. Fill or
remove product from trays, carts, hoppers, or equipment, using scoops,
peels, or shovels, or by hand. Take product samples during or after
processing for laboratory analyses. Test products for moisture content,
using moisture meters. Record production data, such as weight and amount
of product processed, @type of product, and time and temperature of
processing. Observe flow of materials and listen for machine
malfunctions, such as jamming or spillage, and notify supervisors if
corrective actions fail. Observe temperature, humidity, pressure gauges,
and product samples and adjust controls, such as thermostats and valves,
to maintain prescribed operating conditions for specific stages. Set
temperature and time controls, light ovens, burners, driers, or
roasters, and start equipment, such as conveyors, cylinders, blowers,
