Description We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team in Olyphant, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will manage key accounting functions, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support various operational needs. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic workplace while refining your expertise in accounting practices.

Responsibilities:

Handle general cost accounting tasks and other related financial responsibilities for the organization.

Execute weekly check runs and prepare cash flow forecasts on a regular basis.

Review and process employee expense reports in accordance with company travel policies.

Monitor and manage deposits for capital projects across U.S. locations, including monthly reconciliation.

Support month-end close activities and perform balance sheet reconciliations.

Assist in preparing the annual budget and related financial planning activities.

Generate periodic financial reports and conduct statistical analyses, including assessments of labor and overhead costs.

Collaborate with external auditors by providing account information and required documentation for the annual audit.

Manage the company's fixed assets, including tracking additions, disposals, and calculating depreciation.

Perform other related duties as assigned to support the accounting function. Requirements - Proficiency in managing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.

Strong experience with bank reconciliations and maintaining the general ledger.

Skilled in preparing journal entries and executing month-end close procedures.

Hands-on experience with accounting software such as NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP.

Solid understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external auditors.
