Your Career
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the strategy, execution, and delivery of AI-powered solutions-including AI assistants and copilots-that transform the employee experience across the enterprise. This role requires deep expertise in AI-driven business process automation, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and the ability to communicate complex product strategies to executive leadership and diverse teams.
Your Impact
Define and execute the product strategy for AI Employee Experience solutions, with a focus on integrating AI assistants and copilots to enhance employee productivity and engagement.
Lead cross-functional teams-including product managers, analysts, data scientists, and AI developers-to deliver impactful, user-centric AI solutions.
Develop and implement AI governance frameworks to ensure compliance, risk management, and responsible AI adoption.
Conduct and lead product reviews, gathering feedback from stakeholders and iterating on product direction.
Present product vision, strategy, and results-including the impact of AI assistants and copilots-to executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
Drive AI-powered business process automation to enhance operational efficiency across platforms such as Salesforce, ERP, HR, Legal applications, and Data Lake solutions.
Collaborate closely with product engineering teams to develop, launch, and optimize AI features and copilots, making informed buy vs. build decisions.
Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions and copilots into enterprise applications, optimizing workflows and data-driven decision-making.
Identify and assess emerging AI technologies, including advancements in AI assistants and copilots, to maintain a leading edge in innovation.
Your Experience
Requirements
Must be Local to SF Bay area to be onsite
Must have 8+ years of experience in AI, digital transformation, or enterprise data technology leadership roles.
Proven ability to build, lead, and mentor cross-functional teams delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions, including AI copilots and assistants.
Expertise in business process automation, AI/ML technologies, and enterprise data ecosystems.
Strong business application knowledge, including Salesforce, ERP, HR/Legal applications, and Data Lake solutions.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a track record of presenting to senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
This role is ideal for a collaborative, innovative product leader passionate about transforming the employee experience through AI assistants and copilots, with a proven ability to deliver measurable business value and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected.
