Who You Are
A member of the Global Supply Chain Management, Subcontract Management Staff, International Co-Production Team
What You Will Be Doing
As a Subcontract Management Staff on the International and Co-Production Team, you will impact major/complex procurements of different contract @types and will have continued interaction with Lockheed Martin Program Management and Global Supply Chain Leadership. This position includes responsibilities in all aspects of purchasing process for a portfolio of suppliers supporting the IFG Line of Business (LOB) with primary focus on the F16 Program and international Pilot Training Program. This role will be responsible for all Production and Sustainment subcontract activities including but not limited to procurement of services, modifications, support equipment and strategic long-term contracting efforts for the IFG program. This position is responsible for directing all phases of the subcontracts from initiation, Request for Proposals (RFPs), proposal receipt, negotiations, issuing purchase orders, subcontract management of the suppliers, internal audits, supplier reviews, PO/Contract reviews as well as program reviews and all associated metrics.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college
Experience with acquisition policies and procedures associated with FAR / DFAR requirements
Negotiation experience
Experience managing supplier relationships and cross functional teams
Experience as a leader, manager or team lead; to include leading activities to execute Supply Chain Subcontracts and Sourcing activities
Foreign language proficiency
Ability to travel internationally (up to 25%)
Desired Skills:
Business acumen and ability to make business based decisions
Experience engaging with Supplier Senior Executives, as necessary, to resolve challenges
Professional communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience solving complex problems

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
