Description We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Corona, California. In this role, you will provide essential support to our Business Manager and project teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is a dynamic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with potential for growth.

Responsibilities:

Support project and client setup within internal systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Submit compliance documentation and assist with generating and distributing reports.

Follow up on payment statuses and assist with light collections tasks.

Provide administrative support, including maintaining accurate records, timesheets, and schedules.

Coordinate with project supervisors and team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Generate routine reports and maintain organized documentation.

Assist with issuing preliminary notices and compliance reports.

Handle inbound and outbound communications, including phone calls and email correspondence.

Schedule appointments and manage calendars for key personnel. Requirements - At least 5 years of administrative experience in a detail-oriented environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Experience with data entry and customer service.

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and capable of critical thinking.
