$27-29 per hour based on experience

What's a typical day as an Administrative Assistant? You'll be:

Providing professional administrative support to a group of employees under the direction of leaders and colleagues.

Assisting with meeting logistics, including booking conference rooms, ordering food/drinks, and managing visitor requests.

Receiving, screening, and directing incoming calls, visitors, and mail while preparing reports in alignment with procedures and guidelines.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have excellent communication skills and strong initiative, with a proven ability to follow directions.

Are proficient in business software applications, particularly Microsoft Office, and have experience with system administration (MOC, EDMS), SAP, and purchase orders. (REQUIRED)

Demonstrate flexibility in daily job responsibilities, are a quick learner, and are willing to take on additional tasks as needed.
