Description

We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Coordinator to join our clients team on a temporary basis in Schenectady, New York. As part of a family-owned business with over sixty years of history, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations within our warehouse environment. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a growing company while supporting our commitment to excellence in plumbing and heating supplies.

Responsibilities:

Load and unload delivery trucks to ensure timely and accurate handling of goods.

Pick and prepare customer orders with precision and attention to detail.

Assist customers in coordinating pickup and delivery arrangements.

Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to promote safety and efficiency.

Conduct regular physical inventory checks to ensure stock accuracy.

Operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively during daily tasks.

Perform miscellaneous tasks and support additional operational needs as requested.

Requirements - Exhibit a detail-oriented, friendly, and positive attitude in all interactions.

Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.

Possess a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn new skills.

Display initiative and a proactive approach to completing tasks.

Be capable of performing heavy lifting as required by the role.

Familiarity with computer inventory systems is preferred but not mandatory.

Previous experience using tools such as ERP and CRM systems is advantageous.
