Lead initiatives enhancing plant performance through integrated business planning (IBP), inventory optimization, and manufacturing intelligence integration (MII) tailored to our pump manufacturing operations.
Serve as the primary liaison between production, planning, sales, customer service, and other departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives.
Act as the face of our manufacturing facility for customers, sales, and corporate stakeholders, managing production, order entry, and planning for key accounts to ensure high satisfaction and reliable delivery of pump solutions.
Ensure all departments adhere to safety, health, and environmental regulations, driving initiatives to enhance the safety culture and achieve compliance with all relevant standards.
