Job Description:
Ensure the safety and security of our nation as an Intelligence Operations Support Officer at GDIT. You'll apply the latest technology and provide operational support to deliver actionable intelligence for the Intelligence Community. Our work depends on an Intelligence Operations Support Officer joining our team to be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and disseminating intelligence information to support decision-making at all levels of the organization. This includes collecting, triaging, and reviewing information from a variety of sources. The Intelligence Operations Support Officer then analyzes this information to identify trends, patterns, and threats. Finally, the Intelligence Operations Support Officer disseminates this information to decision-makers in a clear and concise manner. TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.
HOW AN INTELLIGENCE OPERATIONS SUPPORT OFFICER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Provides current and emergent intelligence reporting to customers, updating, maintaining, and disseminating products
Executes and tracks intelligence sharing amongst multiple stakeholders
Provides continuous intelligence watch, maintaining communication with respective components and partner agencies
Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies and subject areas
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Demonstrated experience communicating and coordinating with customer organizations and interpreting and applying established policies, procedures, and guidelines to unique situations or under unique circumstances
Demonstrated experience with the processes and procedures related to the customer's hierarchy and organization
Demonstrated experience with tact and diplomacy and/or protocol to represent the customer in coordinating events/working groups/meetings in support of the customer's operations
Demonstrated experience with discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office tool suite and customer databases, and basic understanding of Project Management fundamentals, sufficient to support operations
Demonstrated experience establishing, maintaining, and leveraging a wide range of contacts and professional relationships to network and liaise across the customer's organization
Demonstrated experience with planning and organizational skills to systematically manage, coordinate, track, and complete activities in support of operations
DESIRED SKILLS:
Demonstrated experience with knowledge of the customer's structures, functions, and authorities
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science, a related specialized area or field and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Advanced knowledge of the principles, methods, processes, and applicable regulations involved in intelligence operations
Experience supporting intelligence operations (e.g.: watch operations or knowledge management)
Specific certifications or education/training may be required, depending on job assignment

The likely salary range for this position is $123,250 - $166,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
