Summary
The Finance Program Coordinator provides coordination, scheduling, and administrative support for the Datacenter Physical Security finance program to ensure goals and objectives are accomplished in accordance with established priorities, timelines, and required specifications. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, energetic, and self-directed individual with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. This position will monitor progress against a yearly budget for the global account and explore historical financial data to help develop recommendations.
Essential Functions
Provides coordination, scheduling, and administrative support for Finance team.
Participates in development of the annual budget; assists Global Finance Manager and Finance Analysts in monitoring progress against financial and business objectives throughout the year.
Responsible for domestic monthly invoicing; leads investigations on any discrepancies.
Oversees Accounts Payable, monthly internal and client billing reports, P&L Statement, cross transfer reports, and DSO Reports for the department.
Assists in overseeing Aging Reports and Accounts Receivable; researches outstanding invoices and drives to completion.
Trains employees on timekeeping, expense report processing, and new engagement set up to comply with contract requirements.
Uses client meeting technology; schedules and facilitates a variety of meetings; completes and distributes meeting notes accordingly.
Identifies opportunities for process improvement and recommends changes to workflows and operating practices to improve efficiency.
Conducts annual review of operational-related documents in partnership with stakeholders.
Acts as the primary owner and manager of the Finance Outlook mailbox and Finance OneNote.
Maintains a "customer service" approach to problem solving and works with client to find solutions to questions or concerns.
At the direction of the Global Finance Manager, performs other duties as assigned to ensure the overall success of the Datacenter Physical Security program.

Minimum QUALIFICATIONS AT ENTRY

Minimum Hiring Standards
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a reliable means of communication, such as cell phone.
Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private).
Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.
Must have a high school diploma, secondary education equivalent, or GED.
Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
Education/Experience
Associate degree and two years of related experience in finance/accounting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Intermediate-level skill using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, OneNote, Teams, and SharePoint.
Competencies
Strong computer skills required with the use of various accounting databases and other financial tools. Must be proficient in the use of the Microsoft family of products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). PowerBI experience preferred.
Experience with budgeting and forecasting, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with a wide variety of people including colleagues, clients, and representatives of other agencies.
Thorough understanding of standard office procedures and practices.
Ability to interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagrammatic or schedule form.
Ability to write reports and correspondence in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures.
Ability to maintain professional composure when dealing with emotional or confrontational circumstances.
