Job Title: Office Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant for a contract assignment from May to September. This role involves working 20 hours per week, focusing on data entry, file organization, and supporting production activities. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and digitizing employee records while ensuring efficient office operations.

Responsibilities

Reorganize and manage personal folders.

Perform data entry tasks accurately.

Assist with ordering and purchasing in collaboration with production.

Verify current employee folders and eliminate outdated ones.

Conduct hard copy file cleanup and alphabetization.

Digitize files using computer and Excel.

Utilize printer and scanner for document handling.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in data entry and Excel.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.

Experience in manufacturing environments.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Customer service skills.

Experience in clerical and administrative support roles.

Work Environment

The position is based in an office setting, where you will utilize computers and office equipment such as printers and scanners.

This is a Contract position based out of Warren, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
