Kelly Services is working with a logistics and distribution client seeking a Part-Time Warehouse Distribution Lead in Amherst. Will start Part-Time then advance into Full Time as the site location grows. 1 st shift schedule, Mon - Fri, 8am - 1pm, and $19/HR.

Required to be independent, 100% reliable, proven job stability, and willing to grow their career into full time with leadership responsibilities.

Job Title: Warehouse Distribution Lead - Part Time

Position: Part Time ** Potential for Full Time

Pay Rate: $19/HR

Location: Amherst, NY

Work Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8am - 1pm

Responsibilities "At-a-Glance":

Manage daily warehouse operations such as receiving, inventory, order processing, packing, and shipping.

Open/close the warehouse and securing the facility.

Work independently with limited supervision.

Ensure timely and accurate movement of goods, inbound receipts, outbound shipments, and customer returns.

Handle inventory accuracy, documentation checks, packaging compliance.

Document and report in WMS program and MS Office.

Job Requirements and Preferences:

HS Diploma or GED

1 - 2 years working in a warehouse environment

1 - 2 years of Warehouse Management System and MS Office software experience
