Job Title: Accounts Payable Processor

Location: Clearwater, FL 33756

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Range: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Processor to support our finance team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and proficient in Sage AR/AP systems, Microsoft Excel, and ProCore project management software. This role is responsible for processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and ensuring timely payments.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and code vendor invoices accurately and efficiently

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company policies

Utilize Sage AR/AP system for data entry and payment processing

Use Excel for tracking and reporting expenses

Coordinate with project managers and teams via ProCore for project-related billing

Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in accounts payable or similar role

Proficiency with Sage AR/AP system and Microsoft Excel

Experience with ProCore or other project management systems preferred

Strong organizational and communication skills

High attention to detail and accuracy
