As an Events Manager on the LEGO® Education U.S. Marketing team, you'll play a key role in planning and implementing impactful events-primarily regional conferences, field activations, and virtual experiences-that bring our mission to life in classrooms across the country.

Core Responsibilities
Plan and implement in-person and virtual events (including webinars, workshops, and industry conferences), with a focus on audience engagement and return on investment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and optimize event plans that align with business goals and critical metrics
Manage all aspects of events from pre-event planning, on-site execution, and post-event follow up and analysis
Manage event budget, contracts, and invoices
Implement event tactics including but not limited to: sponsorships, landing pages, event promotion, booth setup and layout, speaking engagements, swag and collateral, DOOH/OOH advertising
Help create, manage, store, and replenish event assets and inventory
Oversee webinar logistics including platform setup, moderator coordination, content flow, and live Q&A.

In this unique position that sits at the intersection of the physical and digital world, you will play a critical role in coordinating with colleagues across LEGO Education. You will drive the success of our events and webinars, which ultimately serve as a means to deliver our products to educators to help them positively impact millions of students across the US.
Do you have what it takes?
The ideal candidate brings several years of experience from a global company ideally with:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and demonstrated ability in events marketing and/or demand generation
Proven track record of managing and performing in-person and virtual events, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making to improve value
Experience with marketing in a B2B company and/or technology company, with education industry experience strongly preferred
Exceptional collaborator management and communication skills
Strong organizational and project management skills, with impeccable attention to detail
Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Extensive experience running successful, engaging digital events / webinars, including evaluating, selecting, and implementing required technology
Note: Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs is required for event setup and teardown
Note: Must be able to travel up to 15% of the time
New Location Update
This position will initially be based at 501 Boylston St or 10 St. James Street in Boston, before moving to a new office location at 1001 Boylston St by mid-2025. Our hiring teams will discuss this with you during the interview stages.

Relocation
There is no budget for domestic or international relocation for this role.
Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $100,000 - $151,000 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
