Description: This position is for an upcoming contract and is contingent on award of a competitive pursuit within the ATWS program area within the Sensors and Global Sustainment Line of Business.
Lockheed Martin is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the financial planning and execution of new product development and products that are transitioning to production within the Advanced Threat Warning Systems (ATWS) program area. Our team is responsible for delivering exceptional financial management and analysis to drive business growth and success.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing development and production efforts and ensuring program performance and financial excellence. This position will also be directly responsible for FP&A deliverables, to include: Long Range Planning, management of large corporate focused investments, and development of complex business case models, and Contract Status Reporting for the entire portfolio of products.
Your responsibilities will include:
Team Leadership: managing and leading a growing team of cost control analysts, providing guidance and oversight to ensure effective financial management and control
EVMS Management: establishing, maintaining, and tracking program performance using DFARS EVMS techniques, ensuring compliance and excellence in earned value management
Financial Forecasting: overseeing the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial forecasts, including OS&P deliverables to Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)
Long-Range Planning: supporting the development and maintenance of the Long-Range Plan (LRP), 10-year sales outlook, and program area business cases
Budgeting and Cost Control: establishing and monitoring program budgets, tracking and reconciling costs, managing program funding requirements, conducting cost analysis, and developing variance explanations with recommendations for corrective actions
Performance Reporting: preparing quarterly estimates at complete (EACs) and creating quarterly CSR charts for presentation to leadership
Collaboration and Communication: collaborating with program teams and financial management to monitor and track expenditures, identify issues and trends, and ensure program financial commitments are met

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
