Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Thomson, Georgia. This is a Contract position with potential for permanency that offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and customer-focused environment. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service, handle inquiries efficiently, and support the growth of new and existing business relationships.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries about products, pricing, availability, and production schedules.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including pricing details and account information.
Collaborate with the outside sales team to identify opportunities for growth and foster long-term, profitable business relationships.
Generate production folders based on customer purchase orders and projected usage requirements.
Coordinate closely with the production team to ensure timely availability and delivery of materials. Requirements
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced environment while managing changing priorities.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently with a high degree of integrity.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
Skilled in performing basic calculations, such as weights, proportions, percentages, and volume measurements.
Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus!
