What does a successful Operations Management Advisor do at Fiserv?

As an Operations Management Advisor at Fiserv, you will drive the management and administration of a key strategic partnership for our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) business. In this detail-oriented and highly organized role, you will ensure the smooth operation of the strategic partnership through strong management, administrative, and execution skills.

What you will do:

Manage the CRM business' strategic partner relationship and oversee daily operations.

Coordinate and track partnership activities and deliverables, ensuring timely and accurate execution.

Liaise with various corporate functions and partner companies to facilitate seamless collaboration.

Maintain and update partnership-related records and databases, including contracts and agreements.

Prepare and distribute partnership materials, and act as a point of contact for inquiries and support.

What you will need to have:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

3+ years in a business operations management role, preferably in a partnership or business development @context.

Experience with enterprise systems such as Clarity, ServiceNow, SAP, Ariba, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.

What would be nice to have:

Experience in the financial services and/or technology industry is a plus.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address issues or gaps in partnership processes.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and handle sensitive information.
