Position Title:Sales Executive

Wage:$80,000.00 - $120,000.00/Salary

Shift:1st Shift

Hours:8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Friday

Sales Executive Responsibilities:

Drive HVAC equipment sales and develop long-term, commission-based earnings

Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and end users

Present HVAC solutions to clients in one-on-one or group settings

Expand business opportunities within the territory

Requirements For Sales Executive:

Someone located in Eastern Iowa or Western Illinois with an engineering background (EE, IE, Mechanical) and strong knowledge of HVAC systems

Familiar with HVAC equipment, specifications, and customer base

An engineer with a background in consulting or HVAC system design/installation, but with limited direct sales experience

Knowledge of equipment and design, but willingness to learn the sales process and customer interactions

A driven individual with no HVAC experience but a strong desire to learn and grow in the industry

A positive attitude and passion for entering the HVAC sales field
