Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a Manufacturing Support Team Member Senior (Level 3) to join our team supporting Final Assembly Systems Checkout in Fort Worth, TX. In this role, you'll help drive performance and process improvements across a variety of critical manufacturing and production operations in support of the F-35 program.
What You Will Be Doing
Support Final Assembly Systems Checkout (FASC) and other core manufacturing processes in a dynamic, team-based production environment.
Collaborate across multiple functional disciplines including production planning and control, total quality management, material management, and systems/process engineering.
Facilitate and support self-directed work teams to ensure goals are met and continuous improvement is sustained.
Provide core skills training and mentorship to peers and team members.
Engage internal and external customers to resolve product planning issues, improve processes, and enhance overall product quality.
Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret, maintain, and report key manufacturing metrics.
Occasional weekend support with scheduled overtime may be required.

Basic Qualifications:
Experience in Aircraft Maintenance &/or
Aerospace Manufacturing / Production
Operations.
Experience identifying defective parts,
equipment, &/or systems in order to determine
root cause of problems &/or potential corrective
actions.
Experience interpreting engineering and planning documents in a professional environment.
Microsoft Office experience
Desired Skills:
F35 Manufacturing experience.
Working knowledge of Manufacturing Systems
including, PDM, QADS, SFM, VAS, and EWI.
Experience coordinating activities to evaluate
and resolve engineering related production
/system problems.
Working knowledge of LM Manufacturing
Systems including, EDMS, MPRS II, QADS, PDM,
MRP, SFM and EWI.
Experience with LM organizational environment
to include production engineering,
manufacturing Engineering, production control
and industrial Engineering.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
