You'll gain valuable experience, earn great pay, and even have the chance to turn this into a full-time role after graduation.
What You'll Do:
As part of our summer crew, you'll support our team with essential tasks on active construction sites. You can expect:
Working with Materials: Digging, spreading, and leveling dirt and gravel with shovels and picks.
Helping Out the Team: Lifting, carrying, and holding materials, tools and supplies as needed.
Keeping Things Clean: Cleaning tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure a safe and productive job site.
Learning Basic Skills: Mixing, pouring, and spreading materials like concrete and asphalt using hand tools.
Supporting Construction Tasks: Assisting with pipe assembly, cutting, laying, removing concrete forms, and guiding equipment operators.

Qualifications
Education: Must be currently enrolled in high school, GED, or trade school program.
Experience: Entry-level; previous related work is a plus.
Requirements: valid driver's license.
Skills Needed:

Able to work efficiently under deadlines
