What You'll Do
Provides oversight to assigned area to ensure that all work is being accomplished which includes shifting available resources to areas where additional assistance is required.
Maintains Finished Goods and Raw Materials Inventory to ensure FIFO.
Provides support to Customer Support to locate late or missing shipments.
Plans and requisitions all necessary supplies for the warehouse, receiving and shipping.
Arranges in plant transfer of materials to meet production schedules and shipping requirements.
Compiles and maintains manual or computerized records such as material inventory, work in process production reports, and status and location of materials.
Maintains the location identification system to ensure the ability to locate material that is not stored in numerical sequence within the established warehouse system.
May oversee aspects of the cycle count program to include running count sheets, data entry, verification of counts, and research of any errors to include system data research.
Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment, assuring the safety of employees, and reporting any unsafe areas or acts in the workplace. Respond to work-related accidents/illness/injury and report work-related injury/illness to a supervisor/manager.
Lead responsibilities include contributing to the assignment of tasks, checking of work, and maintaining of schedules. S/he may contribute to training, development, and performance management of staff.
What You Bring
High School Diploma or equivalent and 4+ years warehousing/inventory control experience in a manufacturing environment. Some college or continuing education desired.
Warehouse Worker/Forklift Certification.
Computer proficient to include web browser/internet search, MS Outlook, Word and Excel capabilities.
Technical competence includes the ability to learn new software and systems.

Compensation
Salary Range: $22.82-30.82 per hour
Actual compensation is determined by factors such as experience, skills, and business needs. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target range for new hire base salary/pay across all US locations. Actual pay is based on many factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographical location, work experience, skill set, relevant trainings and certifications, and business needs. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus.

4 years: Previous warehousing experience in a fulfillment environment.
