Description

We are looking for a dedicated Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Scarsdale, New York. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring an organized and welcoming experience. This is a long-term contract position, requiring excellent organizational and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, providing a warm and attentive welcome.

Manage incoming calls using a multi-line phone system and route them appropriately.

Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks with attention to detail.

Assist with administrative duties, including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.

Ensure the front desk area remains organized and presentable at all times.

Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting, documentation, and other tasks.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Coordinate with team members to support office operations and special projects as needed.

Adhere to office policies and procedures to maintain an organized environment.

Requirements - Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar front desk role.

Proficiency in operating a multi-line phone system.

Strong customer service skills with a focus on professionalism and problem-solving.

Competence in data entry and maintaining accurate records.

Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
