As our INSTALLATION CONSTRUCTION SALES MANAGER- you will report to the Director of Installation. The Installation Construction Sales Manager represents A&B with customers, increasing installation sales and enhancing market position. In coordination with the Regional Sales Managers and the Installation Estimating team, develop sales plans & forecasts, identify potential new accounts and calls on customers to increase sales results. On a given day, you may: Develop installation sales plans, forecasts and targets. Achieve installation sales results consistent with or more than forecasted levels. Maintain a relationship with existing customers and establish relationships with new customers to expand A&B's business opportunities. Represent A&B's capabilities with customers and ensure that resources (technical, engineering, etc.), are identified and applied to provide solutions that meet specific customer and project needs. Requirements for the role A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or similar degree is preferred. We ask that you have a minimum of 5-7 years of applicable experience in the construction field, demonstrating an ability to plan, meet sales goals, establish new accounts, build customer relationships, drive sales opportunities to a successful conclusion and manage profitability. You must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future. Travel & Location Travel to customer locations, trade shows, project walk throughs, etc. (estimate 70%).
