Job Description
Join our team as a Solar Construction Laborer, where you will work directly on-site out of a mobile shop. You will be equipped with all necessary hand tools and equipment to perform maintenance tasks under the guidance of a lead mechanic.
Responsibilities
Perform maintenance on tools and equipment used in solar construction.
Collaborate with the lead mechanic to ensure efficient workflow.
Utilize hand tools for various construction tasks.
Essential Skills
Experience in solar construction.
Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools effectively.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Past experience in solar projects.
Strong mechanical inclination and construction experience

Work Environment
You will work directly on-site out of a mobile shop, equipped with all necessary hand tools and equipment for maintenance tasks. The dress code includes jeans, steel-toed boots provided by the employer, a hard hat, safety glasses, and a high-visibility vest.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
