Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in Surfside Beach, South Carolina. Responsibilities:

Perform accurate account reconciliations to ensure financial records are up to date and compliant.

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and payment tracking.

Process and verify invoices, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.

Assist with billing operations, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing for services rendered.

Enter financial data into accounting systems with precision and attention to detail.

Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Excel and accounting platforms like QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.

Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve financial processes.

Support month-end closing activities by preparing necessary documentation and reports.

Maintain organized financial records for easy accessibility and reference.

Contribute to the overall efficiency of the accounting team by providing administrative support as needed. Requirements - A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.

Strong proficiency in account reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Familiarity with billing processes and invoice management.

Experience using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data analysis.

Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly.

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is not required for this role.
