Position Overview:
As a Go-to-Market (GTM) Manager, you will play a pivotal role in designing, executing, and optimizing our go-to-market strategies, with a strong focus on our Inner Circle offer. You will work cross-functionally with teams across marketing, product, operations, sales, IT, and more to build scalable GTM processes, generate market and competitive insights, and lead the implementation of our new Integrated Planning program. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role ideal for a strategic thinker with strong operational skills and a passion for collaborative execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution
Lead and manage the GTM strategy and operations for the Inner Circle offer, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and executional excellence.
Own the results and performance of the Inner Circle program, regularly monitoring KPIs, triaging support needs, and working across teams to resolve issues and optimize performance.
Manage the onboarding and go-to-market activation of new partners after they are signed, ensuring a seamless transition from business development to execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch GTM initiatives, including messaging, positioning, launch planning, and performance tracking.
Support the development and refinement of end-to-end GTM processes that ensure repeatability, scalability, and transparency across teams.
Integrated Planning & Cross-Functional Alignment
Drive the implementation and management of an Integrated Planning program to improve strategic alignment, visibility, and collaboration across departments.
Act as a connector across the business-facilitating coordination between several departments across the company.
Lead regular planning cadences, reviews, and checkpoints to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and resources.
Market Intelligence & Strategic Insights
Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunities, threats, and emerging trends.
Translate insights into actionable recommendations that influence product roadmap, messaging, and positioning.
Support executive decision-making with strategic analyses and business insights.
Operational Excellence & Program Management
Build and maintain dashboards, frameworks, and documentation to ensure visibility into GTM plans and performance.
Track and report key performance indicators related to go-to-market execution and business impact.
Identify and remove roadblocks to execution, ensuring progress against goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience-or 5+ years of equivalent experience-in go-to-market, strategy, business operations, or a related field.
Proven track record of driving cross-functional programs from ideation to execution.
Experience working in fast-paced environments, ideally in technology, consumer, or subscription-based businesses.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate into action.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Highly organized and process-oriented, with a bias toward execution and continuous improvement.
Experience with project management and planning tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Airtable, or similar).
Comfortable working in ambiguity and navigating evolving priorities-demonstrates a self-starter mindset and strong internal motivation.
Takes initiative and drives work forward independently, with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to clearly communicate strategies, plans, and results to various audiences.
Solution-minded and proactive in identifying opportunities, resolving challenges, and driving continuous improvement.
