Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Irvine, California. This Contract-to-permanent position offers an opportunity to work in the health and biotech industry, providing exceptional service to clients and stakeholders. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining efficient communication.

Responsibilities:

Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a seamless resolution from start to finish.

Coordinate with internal departments to follow up on customer issues and provide timely updates.

Utilize multiple internal systems to manage orders, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality customer service.

Identify and report service challenges or customer concerns to management for resolution.

Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by leadership.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, orders, and resolutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as email correspondence, to address customer needs.

Schedule appointments and manage order entries with precision and attention to detail.

Be prepared for occasional mandatory overtime as required by management. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in a science-related field is preferred, though some college coursework will be considered.

3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced customer relationship environment is required.

Previous experience in a manufacturing customer service setting, including order management and issue resolution, is highly desirable.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel, and familiarity with general office hardware.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and follow through on tasks and responsibilities.

Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer satisfaction.

Familiarity with Lean Process Improvement philosophy and experience in an ERP order management environment is a plus. TalentMatch®
