Position Summary...

Join Walmart's Asset Protection team in Supply Chain as a Manager 2, Asset Protection. In this role, you will safeguard assets, ensure compliance, and drive loss prevention initiatives across our supply chain network.

What you'll do...

Lead the development and validation of reporting analyses to ensure data integrity.

Conduct and support regulatory and internal audits to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.

Manage total loss initiatives by analyzing shrink patterns and implementing improvement programs.

Oversee the recovery of funds from theft and customer debt, and report results to senior leadership.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and implement effective strategies.

Supervise and develop associates, promoting diversity and continuous learning.

Ensure compliance with company policies and support the company's mission, values, and ethics.

What You'll Bring...

Strong knowledge of asset protection, data integrity, and validation processes.

Excellent leadership and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Experience in conducting audits, analyzing risks, and developing mitigation plans.

Ability to manage recovery efforts and maintain relationships with third-party suppliers.

Skills in supervising and developing associates, ensuring compliance, and promoting continuous improvement.

The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00-$126,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
