Job Title: PlannerJob Description

We are seeking a dedicated Planner to effectively manage and communicate all aspects of purchase orders, ensuring seamless interaction with suppliers and internal teams. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining supplier relationships and managing critical supply chain data.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, communicate, and update purchase orders as needed.

Collaborate with suppliers to obtain updated pricing, lead time, and other essential supply chain information.

Manage and maintain supplier relationships, ensuring scorecards are regularly updated and key performance indicators are analyzed and reported.

Identify and resolve short-term material shortages.

Develop and utilize reports to manage open purchase orders according to business demands.

Work closely with the Manufacturing Team to communicate component deliveries, statuses, and inventory releases.

Analyze and maintain critical MRP data points within the ERP system.

Provide support to other corporate procurement needs as required.

Essential Skills

Experience with ERP and SAP systems.

Proficiency in purchasing, planning, procurement, and supply chain processes.

Strong skills in negotiation, buying, and material planning.

Experience in production planning and scheduling.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Associate's Degree in Operations, Inventory Control, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Thorough understanding of supply chain, integrated business planning, and MRP/ERP system functionality.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Professional English verbal and written communication skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $36.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
