Description We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Castroville, California. In this role, you will support daily office operations in a fast-paced environment, ensuring efficiency and organization. This is a Contract to permanent opportunity, ideal for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and driven to succeed in taking on diverse administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

Answer and direct inbound calls with professionalism and accuracy.

Manage email correspondence and maintain organized communication records.

Perform data entry tasks and assist with document editing and formatting.

Organize and maintain both physical and electronic filing systems.

Support office operations by ordering supplies and ensuring a well-organized workspace.

Assist the accounting team with data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.

Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and office events.

Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting clients and visitors.

Take initiative to identify and complete additional tasks that enhance office productivity. Requirements - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to multitask and adapt to a dynamic work environment.

At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or similar role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

A proactive and outgoing personality with a "can-do" attitude.

Familiarity with office filing systems and data entry processes.
