Description We are looking for a highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Easthampton, Massachusetts. In this role, you will provide essential support by managing communications, scheduling, and data-related tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys ensuring operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally, addressing inquiries and providing assistance as needed.

Provide exceptional customer service by responding to emails and resolving issues promptly.

Manage data entry tasks with precision, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.

Coordinate appointments and maintain schedules to optimize team productivity.

Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to prepare documents and presentations.

Assist in organizing meetings, including preparing materials and handling logistics.

Maintain efficient filing systems to ensure documents are easily accessible.

Collaborate with team members to support various administrative tasks as required. Requirements - Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Excellent organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.

Familiarity with handling inbound and outbound calls.

Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality customer service.
