JOB IS FULLY REMOTE !

Pay Rate: $ 20.00/hr.

Part time: 20-25 hours per week/4-5 hours per day; flexible scheduling

Role Description:

Carry out administrative tasks to help coordinate the record keeping of the Lab. The individual in this role will work within the Salesforce Service Cloud platform to support the Consultation Service. Their primary responsibility will be to accurately assign completed clinical consultation cases to the appropriate customer accounts. This includes reviewing consultation records, verifying customer details, ensuring data accuracy, and managing case workflows within Salesforce. The role may also include coordination with clinical and customer service teams to resolve account or case-related discrepancies.

In addition to consultation-related tasks, this individual may also assist with general administrative duties that support the broader operations of the Lab. These responsibilities will vary based on team needs and may involve cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities:

Utilize Salesforce Service Cloud to manage and assign completed clinical consultation cases.

Match and assign cases to the correct customer accounts based on consultation data.

Review and verify case details for accuracy and completeness.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any account or case discrepancies.

Maintain accurate records and adhere to data quality standards.

Monitor case queues and ensure timely processing and assignment.

Support the Lab with additional administrative tasks as assigned, contributing to overall workflow efficiency beyond the consultation service.

Qualifications (Education and Experience):

Associate or bachelors degree highly preferred. High school diploma required.

Experience in the veterinary field preferred (RVT/CVT/LVT, etc).

Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple digital platforms efficiently.

Comfortable working in cloud-based systems, with a preference for experience in Salesforce or similar CRMs.

Exceptional attention to detail, particularly when reviewing and entering case and account information.

Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Highly organized, with the ability to manage tasks independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to changing methods and technologies.

Background or familiarity with medical terminology, with preference given to veterinary terminology.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
