Bilingual Safety Manufacturing Coordinator

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is looking for a Bilingual Safety Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will be part of the safety department supporting the Reading Plant. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive approach to safety, and the ability to multitask effectively, aligning with the organization's goals.

Job Title: Bilingual Safety Coordinator

Location: Reading, PA

Pay Range: $26-31/hr DOE

What's the Job?

Drive safety initiatives throughout the organization to minimize job-related incidents and injuries.

Prepare and distribute safety meeting notes and monthly safety topics.

Conduct regular inspections of company grounds, buildings, and equipment to identify hazards.

Lead safety activities and assist with monthly safety meetings.

Conduct employee investigations related to workplace injuries.

What's Needed?

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on safety.

Some administrative experience and knowledge of employment law preferred.

OSHA experience (OSHA 10 or OSHA 30) is preferred.

Fluency in Spanish is required.

Ability to work flexible shifts as needed, including early mornings and afternoons.
