Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Review manufacturing processes throughout the facility to ensure a
quality product
Identify defective parts in each department and address as needed
Troubleshoot causes of defects and make recommendations for changes
Inspect equipment to confirm proper welds, paint and fasteners
Interpret Engineering blueprints to ensure product meets
specifications
Follow all Great Plains and OSHA safety regulations and wear
prescribed safety and protective equipment
Other duties may be assigned that require other qualifications,
physical demands, and/or work environment.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Experience understanding proper welds, paint and fasteners
Ability to read and understand engineering prints
Demonstrate working familiarity with precision measuring tools
Ability to communicate accurately both written and verbal
Thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Willing and able to work outside in all weather conditions
Excellent organizational skills
Highly self-motivatedwith great interpersonal skills
Previous experience as a QA Inspector in a manufacturing environment
helpful
