Represent the firm as the regional face, building the brand and networking within the community and industry.
Financial Management & Reporting:
Supervise the budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance for the region, ensuring accurate P&Ls and revenue walks.
Analyze @types of revenue and ensure appropriate coverage ratios to maintain financial health.
Implement and maintain effective scorecards, reporting systems, and finance timelines.
Ensure the region's free cash flow is optimized , using financial systems and tools to track progress.
Strategize and implement the growth, maintenance, and harvesting of financial resources for sustained success.
Strategy & Execution:
Collaborate with the executive team to develop and complete the regional business strategy, aligning with company-wide objectives .
Implement industry-specific strategies and tactics that optimize market opportunities while ensuring high performance and profitability.
Talent Management & Development:
Lead and support colleague engagement initiatives, promoting a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.
Develop and maintain a strong recruiting pipeline, ensuring the right talent is identified and hired for future needs.
Supervise goal setting and performance management processes, ensuring alignment with individual and organizational objectives .

Required Construction & Infrastructure Surety Insurance knowledge within a brokerage/carrier
10+ years Proven experience in a leadership role within the construction and infrastructure industry, with a track record of driving financial performance and operational success.
Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, and financial reporting.
Exceptional talent leadership skills within multiple locations, including recruiting, performance management, and developing high-performing teams.
Strong client-facing and relationship management abilities, with a focus on long-term partnerships.

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $300,000-$400,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
