Title : Pharmacy Account Manager
Hybrid - This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of remote work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered.

The Pharmacy Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with external clients and prospects, and reaching internal health plan penetration goals through the use of strong consultative skills.
How you will make an impact:
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Supports the strategic sales and tactical plans by consulting with key decision makers and operational stakeholders in the region.
Provides ongoing support to regional decision makers and support pharmacy benefit management (PBM) field sales team during request for proposal (RFP) processes.
Assists in the development of recommendations for outcomes-based savings, revenue opportunities and meeting internal health plan penetration goals.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 3 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:
The candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relationships with external clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders. This involves consultative skills to understand client needs and how to address them effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effectively discussing strategies, presenting proposals, and collaborating with sales and operational teams.
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $129,096 to $202,446
