Description
Robert Half is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic an Admin assistant to support a youth education program. This role is ideal for someone passionate about working with students, leading group activities, and fostering a safe, engaging learning environment. This role is located in the Oakhurst area near Fresno and is a long-term, Monday through Friday temporary position.
Key Responsibilities:
Support and supervise students in both small and large group settings
Lead academic, craft, play, or enrichment activities
Set up and clean up program spaces and materials
Promote a positive, respectful, and safe learning environment
Collaborate with peers and education staff
Maintain professional conduct and strong communication with students, parents, and team members
Enforce program rules and student behavior expectations
Assist with daily transportation using a company vehicle
Support meal and snack preparation
Attend trainings, meetings, and special events as needed
Requirements
Enjoys working with youth in a hands-on, supportive capacity
Has strong organizational and communication skills
Demonstrates reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude
Previous experience in a school or youth program setting is a plus
