Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in Ontario, California. This Contract-to-Permanent role offers an excellent opportunity to support various accounting functions while gaining hands-on experience in a focused and efficient environment. The ideal candidate will assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other financial tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently and accurately.

Reconcile account discrepancies and ensure all financial records are up to date.

Review and process invoices, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.

Perform data entry tasks related to billing and financial reporting.

Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports as needed.

Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Oracle, or SAP for daily tasks.

Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Maintain organized records of financial transactions for audit purposes.

Communicate with vendors and clients to resolve billing and payment issues. Requirements - Previous experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.

Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Oracle, or SAP.

Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoice processing.

Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Strong communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external vendors.
