Position Overview:?
The Major & Strategic Account Executive is a sales expert with responsibility to secure and grow large strategic hospitals and health systems. This customer base includes but is not limited to hospitals, health systems, government agencies, pharmacies, universities and clinics. This individual will collaborate with our Sales, Product, Pricing, Marketing and Customer Success teams and bring their expertise in this market to ensure our customers are getting the most value possible and the Voice of the Customer is being communicated to our internal teams.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across multiple levels within an account- Independently identify and close new sales opportunities
Manage the renewal lifecycle from start to finish
Create and deliver compelling proposals tailored to client needs
Lead coordination efforts between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Regularly assess customer satisfaction and implement improvements
Conduct in-depth analysis of client data to drive sales strategies
Provide valuable insights in sales meetings and strategy sessions
Address and resolve complex client issues independently
Lead or contribute significantly to lead generation and marketing initiatives
Negotiate product/service terms with a high degree of discretion
Collaborate with other internal teams such as Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Specialists, etc. to ensure our entire organization is delivering the full value to our strategic customers
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required:
Experience
10+ years of experience in sales, customer success or account management, preferably in roles involving both client renewal and growth in the Clinical Decision Support healthcare segment
Has a significant understanding of business, financials, products/ services, the market and the needs/challenges of assigned accounts
Is recognized externally as a leading sales strategist and business expert, with highly sophisticated understanding of customer needs and competitors' offering; has a top external brand reputation within the healthcare segment
Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Understanding of the industry and market trends.

Compensation:
Target salary range CA, CT, CO, DC, HI, IL, MD, MN, NY, RI, WA: $95,560 - $133,750
