Job Title: Administrative Assistant I

Location: Springfield

Salary: $15 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

Monday: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Tuesday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 1:30 PM

Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Operate computer systems efficiently.

Utilize Microsoft Teams and Outlook for daily activities.

Provide exceptional customer service.

Process payments and manage cash drawer transactions.

Assist in processing applications.

Transfer calls and manage phone communications efficiently.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in computer operations.

Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Outlook.

Previous customer service experience.

Experience with cash drawer operations.

Strong communication skills.
