Description

We are looking for a Buyer in the Fort Woth, TX area to join our team for a long-tem project!

Responsibilities:

Review and validate free-form quotes and requisitions to ensure accuracy and compliance with contractual guidelines.

Provide guidance to end-users for the proper initiation and submission of requisitions.

Oversee and maintain product catalogs, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and third parties to ensure accurate pricing, permissions, and product availability.

Coordinate with resellers to manage software renewals and related processes effectively.

Conduct electronic requests for quotations (RFQs) for new product acquisitions.

Negotiate terms for non-disclosure agreements and low-spend contracts to achieve favorable outcomes.

Assist users in resolving invoice discrepancies, purchase order adjustments, and system-related queries.

Support critical in-office meetings and ensure effective presentation both in virtual and physical environments.

Contribute to organizational improvement by proactively communicating ideas and collaborating with team members.

Requirements - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.

Previous experience in procurement, supply chain, or a similar role is preferred.

Strong understanding of supply chain concepts and their practical applications.

Excellent negotiation and influencing abilities to build positive vendor relationships.

Proficiency in tools for analysis, problem-solving, and forecasting.

Experience working with Coupa or similar procurement systems is a plus.

High ethical standards and a strong sense of accountability.
