Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Administrator to support Wells Fargo Equipment Finance's nationwide equipment dealer customer base, as well as to interact with a diverse population of internal customers including Legal, Documentation, Collateral Audit, and Compliance.
In this role, you will:
Support in implementation of initiatives related to operations and Business Execution across multiple lines of business
Identify opportunities to improve processes and provide support to a variety of diverse support functions or operations
Perform moderately complex cross organizational administrative, transactional, and operational tasks including policy or process changes, process improvements, and technology enhancement tasks
Receive direction from supervisors
Assist with the administration of Strategy and Execution programs, projects, or processes specific to the business
Interact with colleagues of a specific line of business for the purpose of executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives
Compile and package for Credit team review commercial loan requests, including financial statements, tax returns, credit reports, and supplemental financial data to assess borrower capacity, capital, character, collateral, and conditions.
Prepare comprehensive inventory line takedown packages for Credit team review. This includes detailed knowledge of the line approval conditions, program and non-program customer relationships, and identifying takedown risk factors including financial statement compliance, line availability, and validating loan payment and collateral audit status.
When requested, prepare accurate data analysis reports for the Credit team and Senior Credit and Sales Managers.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the Seibel, AIMS, and COMS system applications.
Ensure adherence and compliance to Credit Policy and outside regulations.
Conducts research, performs analysis, and assists with major organization-wide projects and/or potential issues for existing systems and or processes. Coordinates or assists with the development, testing and deployment of business, system, product and operational changes. Involved at some level throughout the entire life-cycle of projects assigned. Offers alternatives throughout the process.
Coordinate system and processing changes with other departments such as operations, product development and regulatory staff to ensure compliance with state law and regulatory reporting requirements.
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Administrative Support, or, Business Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft products and lending applications such as Siebel, AIMS, and COMS.
Work well independently sometimes with limited supervision.
Strong attention to detail with accurate information processing and high-quality standards.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear and effective collaboration.
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
An analytical mindset to evaluate data, identify patterns, and develop insights.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate and coordinate across departments
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple transactions simultaneously
