Ready to take the lead and make an impact? Manpower is seeking a hands-on, results-driven Warehouse Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for a growing company in the Tri-State area. If you're a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to motivate a team-this is the opportunity for you.

?? Key Responsibilities:

Take charge: Lead, plan, and coordinate all warehouse operations.

Keep it moving: Oversee the receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely shipping of goods.

Stay sharp: Enforce health and safety standards and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Protect the goods: Manage warehouse security and inventory control.

Keep things running: Order supplies and coordinate machinery/equipment maintenance.

Lead the team: Recruit, hire, train, and supervise warehouse staff.

Build culture: Encourage teamwork, provide feedback, and develop team performance.

Handle tough calls: Address disciplinary issues professionally when necessary.

? What We're Looking For:

Previous warehouse management or logistics experience.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Organizational skills that keep everything (and everyone) on track.

A proactive mindset with the ability to problem-solve on the fly.

Willingness to complete a background check and pre-employment drug screening .
