Our Erlanger location is looking for a dynamic and motivated warehouse associate to join the team. This is a fantastic chance to work for a company that has the rare mix of a fun yet high-paced and professional work environment.Job SummaryAs directed by the supervisor, this position is responsible for accurately picking, packing, loading and shipping products to customers and replenishing inventory stock as established by policies and procedures.Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:Responsible for accurate unit pick and case pickResponsible for goods in procedure to ensure accurate inventory levelsPerform order audits for quality assuranceEnsure product orders are reviewed and error corrections are completedPerform all tasks within the scope of all applicable Standard Operating Procedures related to the jobOther duties as directed by the Supervisor(s)Minimum QualificationsTypically requires 3+ years of related experience.Additional Skills and Qualifications3 years of work experience is preferredExperience in a distribution center /warehouse/ manufacturing environment is preferredExperience and/or certification with warehouse equipment such as Forklift, Pallet Jack and Reach Truck are strongly preferred (willing to train)Basic math and English reading skills and a high standard for attention to detail and accuracyProven ability to be a team player and work in a team environmentStrong focus on customer service and commitment to customer satisfactionMust be familiar with, and able to work with, computer programs/software, automation, and RF scannersReliable and punctualBehaviors aligned with the McKesson ICARE principals and valuesSuccessful candidates must be willing and able to participate in a background and criminal record checkPhysical Demands: Must be comfortable working at heightsAbility to walk up to 10 miles throughout the course of a shift (steps vary per shift)Ability to lift 20-40 pounds repetitively throughout the course of a shift without
