Physical Therapist (PT)

Outpatient

Full Time

Compensation depends upon candidate's years of experience and internal equity.

Salary Range: $75,920.00 - $103,084.00

Royse City is looking for a full time physical therapist to join a dynamic outpatient orthopedic clinic in and up and coming community located 30 Miles NE of Dallas. We are a busy and fun, 3 full time/2 part time clinician outpatient orthopedic PT clinic treating a wide variety of diagnoses with the goal of increasing our sports/active population. We're looking for an individual eager to help contribute to our clinic's growth in the community by helping build/strengthen relationships with physicians, coaches, city leaders, and local residents. Must be willing to work at least 2x per week to 7pm.

Responsibilities

Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment

Patient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a day

Timely and accurate documentation using Therapy Source

Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports

Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately

Promoting continuous quality improvement

Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed

Qualifications

Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.

Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
