A leading, privately held company headquartered in West Palm Beach, Florida is seeking a Corporate Paralegal with 5+ years of experience to join its legal team on a hybrid schedule (3 days in office/ 2 from home). This is a stable, generalist role supporting 2 attorneys alongside another paralegal - ideal for someone with who values work-life balance and consistency. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain corporate minute books and legal documents (e.g., bylaws, operating agreements, resolutions)

Update and manage entity management systems and corporate records for multiple entities

File annual reports for U.S. subsidiaries and assist with registrations, licenses, and permits

Provide support for acquisitions, asset transfers, financing, and corporate transactions

Organize and maintain transaction and benefit plan documents

Requirements

Qualifications:

5+ years of corporate paralegal experience (law firm or in-house)

Strong knowledge of corporate law, governance, and regulatory requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
